No Refunds Policy

All sales are final. We do not accept refunds for any membership purchases, including monthly subscriptions, lifetime memberships, or deluxe packages.

By completing your purchase, you acknowledge and agree to this no-refund policy.

Why We Don't Offer Refunds

KechCity provides immediate access to exclusive digital content and our private Telegram community upon purchase. Once you gain access to this content and community, the value has been delivered.

Due to the nature of digital content and instant access to our private community, we cannot offer refunds once membership has been activated.

Subscription Cancellation

While we don't offer refunds, you can cancel your monthly subscription at any time to prevent future charges. You will retain access to KechCity until the end of your current billing period.

To cancel your subscription, please log in to your account dashboard on Whop and manage your subscription settings.

Exceptions

In rare cases of technical issues that prevent you from accessing the service due to errors on our end, please contact our support team. We will work to resolve the issue promptly.

Refund requests based on technical issues will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis and are subject to verification.
